FUNDRAISING INTERN
Resource Development Assistance. The intern will be part of the team assisting in communication and fundraising tasks, which involve financing lines such as international cooperation, crowdfunding, companies, foundations and events. Further, the intern will also collaborate in writing and translating content in Spanish and English. As a result, the intern is expected to complete a campaign of crowdfunding, 3 calls for international cooperation, and writing of different works briefs in both Spanish and English.

Candidate requirements: The ideal candidate will have an interest in one of the following disciplines: Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Sociology, and Psychology. MONITORING AND EVALUATION INTERN
The intern will accompany the Director of Works in the follow-up and evaluation of the different projects of the foundation. The intern will establish the impact indicators of our actions incorporating the culture of the organization and evaluate the works based on them. You take testimonies of the different actors to understand the operation of the works and, based on that, we can provide recommendations for improvement. Assist the Director in daily tasks of logistics, monitoring, search for donations in kind and alliances with other organizations. As a result, the intern is expected to establish impact indicators for each of the works and an evaluation of each project with practical improvements.

COORDINATION AND SERVICE INTERN
Assistance to Volunteering and Spirituality. The intern will accompany the person in charge of spirituality and the person in charge of Human Resources in attracting new volunteers, communication with them, referral to works, and follow-up interviews. As a result, it is expected that the intern can make a Manual for the Volunteer with the basic guidelines of the Open Team support team volunteer and a Manual for the International Volunteer, together with the other interns.
