CODING INTERN

The intern will work with the company’s team of engineers in order to conceptualize, plan, and implement in-house programming projects that will help the company to carry out their innovative recruiting and talent matching processes in a more effective and efficient way.

Candidate requirements: Computer Science and Software Engineering students are encouraged to apply.  Knowledge of programming and web design are needed to excel in this role.

MARKETING AND WRITING INTERN

The intern will develop a marketing plan by defining business goals, identifying the target audience, researching marketing tactics, and preparing the marketing budget and action plan.  For example, the intern may conceptualize and implement a LinkedIn Advertising campaign focused on growing the customer base, benchmarking competitors, and tweaking the campaign through AB testing.

Candidate requirements: Passion for communication and marketing with a data driven approach.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT INTERN

The intern will develop a go to market strategy for new business offerings of the company, providing a framework for the conceptualization of new ideas, their evaluation, and their possible implementation.

MONITORING AND EVALUATION INTERN

The intern will conduct data insights, analysis, and report generation aiming at impact on KPIs. They intern will look at a key component of the company to consider data driven process improvements with impact on KPIs and user experience.  For example, the intern could create a soft skills rubric to evaluate potential candidates by analyzing shared skills within tech roles and then implementing a decision tree algorithm.

RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS INTERN

The intern will conduct research on competitive landscape insights, analyze the technical recruiting industry, and identify strategic opportunities for the company.
