BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT INTERN

The company is in the process of international expansion.  The intern will work on the commercial expansion to other target countries of Latin America and to the US. This will involve the creation of proposals, analysis of potential clients, close collaboration with the Director of the company, market research, and proactivity.

Suggested Spanish level: Advanced
Candidate requirements: The ideal candidate will have business acumen, interpersonal skills, attention to detail for proposal creation, and the ability to be a proactive self-starter.

MONITORING AND EVALUATION INTERN

The intern will work on the social media monitoring platform, which is a system that analyzes everything that is said in social media about a person, company, or state.  The intern will use the monitoring platform to analyze key topics for current and potential clients, then evaluate the results and data generated, and prepare reports with recommendations and findings.  The intern will learn about the importance of social listening, will know how to use it, and will be able to analyze the political and social context behind the information.

Suggested Spanish level: Intermediate
Candidate requirements: The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, the ability to study social behavior, an interest in current events and politics, and interpersonal skills to work closely with the team.

In the words of past interns:

“The most rewarding part of the internship was helping out with a project for the company, and then hearing positive feedback from a client who liked the project. My supervisor gave me good constructive feedback on projects and in meetings.” - Joseph C., Jr. Political Consultant, from Bates College

“I was able to work on meaningful projects that had impact. I felt very supported and I always knew I had people to ask questions to whenever. A rewarding part of the internship was being able to learn more about Argentinian politics.” - Kyle M., Strategy Consulting Intern, from Ohio State University

Upon starting my internship, I was told that Digital Marketing and Communications Company is like a family. After my internship, I can attest that to be true. Everyone is so attentive, kind, and supportive. My supervisor was the absolute best.” - Chloe S, Technology and Communications Intern from Princeton University
