Liberty Oriented Critical Thinking Foundation

This foundation is a hub of critical thinking and research rooted in public politics and principals of liberty. It is a private and indepedent nonprofit that works towards ensuring that the values of Juan Bautista Alberdi and the Consitution of 1853 are present in modern Argentine society. They strive to create an open-minded and tolerant society with low taxes, respect for people’s individual projects, and equality in law.

COMMUNICATIONS & SOCIAL MEDIA INTERN

The organization works heavily with audio-visual content on social media. Thus, they are searching for an intern that is able to edit videos and manage a YouTube channel. The intern should also be able to improve the translations of the organization’s videos from Spanish to English. It also may be necessary for the intern to translate articles published in local media outlets to be uploaded, in English, to the organization’s website.

Suggested Spanish level: Fluent Spanish
Candidate requirements: Candidates should be interested in economics and public policy. They should be fluent in Spanish and have video-editing experience.

RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS INTERN

In the economic sector, a relevant topic is spotlighted each week. An infograph and newsletter are sent out to media outlets and uploaded to social media with an analysis of the chosen weekly topic. The creation of these materials require that different variables and indicators be monitored for economic analysts to include in the infograph and newsletter. The intern will help identify and monitor these indicators.

Candidate requirements: The intern should be an economics student.
