The intern will define efficient processes and flows to improve recruitment of new employees and onboarding, while reducing redundant communications and bottlenecks.  For this project, the intern will interview employees to understand flaws and friction points to improve and will analyze competitors and market trends to suggest new benefits for employees and events/actions to attract and retain engineers.  The intern will also propose automation processes and implement them using the available digital tools.
