This organization was established in 1994 with the purpose of contributing to and enhancing the impact of social projects in Argentina and the region, carried out by NGOs, individuals, and alliances between companies, the government, and social actors. Since its inception, it has trained more than 50,000 individuals from over 3,500 social organizations in Argentina and the Latin American region through its programs, such as seminars, events, training sessions, consultancy services, among others.

Currently, its focus is to generate employment opportunities in the digital economy through education, technology, and social innovation. Their largest program is dedicated to providing digital training to enhance employability among communities facing socio-economic challenges. To date, they have established more than 61 programs across Argentina, Brazil, and Mexico. Over 10,000 students have participated, and according to the impact assessment conducted in 2023, 60% of the graduates have secured jobs in the IT sector or improved their employment situation through the courses. In terms of gender, 50% of the graduates are women.

Another growing program aims to enable vulnerable children aged 7 to 14 to acquire digital skills through free workshops on Initial Game Programming and Educational Robotics.

event coordination INTERN

The organization often plans large events in collaboration with other local and regional NGOs. The intern may be asked to assist in the planing of the event by searching for speakers, securing funding, and conducting strategic outreach to other organizations.
