Educational Support Foundation

The foundation manages a network of twenty-four Catholic educational institutions and seeks to improve these schools’ academics and provide quality education for over 4000 students of disadvantaged socio-economic backgrounds. Reading, Mathematics, and English are the three main axes of pedagogy. To monitor the students’ improvement, standards are being applied in all participating schools, and practices are being systematized in the different school grades. The foundation adheres to the Plan Ceibal, a Uruguayan government program to teach English in public schools throughout the country.
